4) When it comes time to select your payment type choose from the following:

Shipping Information 

• We accept Visa or Master Card 

• We ship to customers in the United States and Canada only. 

• Your package will arrive via United Parcel Service Ground Only. 

• Please allow 5 working days to process your order. 
  Call for rush shipments!! 

• Shipping charge of 8% of order (minimum of $12.00 per order, catalog excluded) for US shipments, Canadian shipments will incur extra shipping charges.

• North Carolina shipments will be charged state sales tax of 6.57%, 7.0%, or 7.25% depending upon the county of delivery, regardless of the amount of sales tax that shows on your invoice or ordering screen. 

Return Policy 

• Any returns must be made within 20 days of ship date to customers. 

• No used merchandise can be returned. 

• A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. The act of returning merchandise shall serve as customer's authorization to charge the 15% fee.
